About The Role

Do you have excellent admin skills and an eye for detail? Are you thorough and enjoy the data input side of a role as much as the more intricate elements of admin? If so, this HR Administrator role could be just what you’ve been looking for.
We need someone who enjoys admin, likes the variety an admin role can offer, has a desire to develop their career in HR and wants to work in a small busy team in a very nice working environment in Birmingham City Centre. 
As HR Administrator you will assist the HR team and Group Operations Manager in providing comprehensive HR administrative support.
  • Ensure the HR database (SAGE HR) is accurately maintained and kept updated including starters, leavers, change of details, annual leave, sickness and personal records.
  • Provide appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
  • Source of contact for internal day to day employee HR related enquiries.
  • Assist with managing employee training, appraisals, and performance issues.
  • Assist with maintaining the company Business Management System and updating company policies and procedures as and when needed.
  • Formatting of documents including CV's.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the HR department.
  • Assist with the preparation and sending out of contracts.
  • Coordinating new starter inductions process.
  • Carrying out new starter inductions.
  • Assist with payroll (SAGE).
  • Updating and maintaining the Healthcare portal.
  • Set a good example of company values and corporate standards and proactively ensure others in the team achieve the same.
  • Travel to Richter regional offices as and when required to carry out HR duties.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Good IT skills including MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with others and express ideas.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Must have own transport to be able to travel to Richter regional offices when required.
  • Well organised and hold the ability to prioritise work an effective problem solving outlook
  • CIPD Level 3 in People Management
  • Knowledge of HR and employment law.
  • Knowledge of SAGE.
